Rules of Competition
In order to
serve the citizens of Florida, the Florida Sports Foundation is
proud to offer standardized rules and regulations for Adult Flag
Football in Florida.
The Florida Sports Foundation Rules and Regulations are updated
each calendar year with assistance from the Adult Flag Football
Advisory Committee. A text version of these rules is provided
in PDF format on this page. An official rulebook is available
by certifying your league, team or with official certification.
