License Plates

Your license to promote sports and youth in Florida is as near as your local motor vehicle tag office. The Florida Sports Foundation and each of Florida's nine professional sports teams encourage you to purchase the specialty sports tag of your choice. Proceeds from the $25 purchase directly support each designated youth charity and the development of major and regional sports events throughout Florida. Each year the tag program generates over $250,000 for local youth charities and supports major and regional sports events.

The following professional sports tags from the National Basketball Association, National Football League, National Hockey League and Major League Baseball are available for purchase at your local Florida tag office. These sports specialty tags are available for Florida registered vehicles only.

Miami Dolphins A portion of Dolphins license plates sales benefit the Miami Dolphins Foundation.	Tampa Bay Buccaneers A portion of Buccaneers license plates sales benefit the Glazer Family Foundation.
Jacksonville Jaguars A portion of Jaguars license plates sales benefit the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation.	Florida Marlins A portion of the Marlins license plates sales benefit the Florida Marlins Community Foundation.
	Miami Heat A portion of Heat license plates sales benefit the Miami Heat Charitable Fund.
Tampa Bay Devil Rays A portion of Devil Rays license plates sales benefit the Rays of Hope Foundation.
Orlando Magic A portion of Magic license plate sales benefit the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation.	Florida Panthers A portion of Panthers license plate sales benefit the South Florida Sports Foundation.
